The procedures do not allow for any grace period on the part of payment of Sukuk periodic payments (coupons) which are payable after every six months since a project received cash. The process which we should know beforehand what happens when you lodge an application for financing by signing our contract is; -
Firstly, Mayzuh will submit the feasibility study, business plan with cashflow projections, business model and strategy etc., and defend it at a team of experts from various institutions in Dubai.
Secondly, Our investment partners begin the preliminary process of looking about possibilities on the Investment projects we have submitted. Thirdly, the due diligence process by the Investment Banker's, and this is the main deciding factor.
Fourthly, Rating of the Sukuk instrument shall then be done using Moody's, S& P or IIRA or any other global rating agency of the liking to investors. Fifthly, the Investment appetite and availability of funds is for the region / country / territory by the respective Investment Bankers/ Investors is another critical factor.
To explain this further, in case of -say limited appetite by them- the projects although very good/viable may not go through with them. We can only play our roles to review you docs and advise; it's entirely up to the fanciers' appetite to invest in your project.
Sixthly, The Sukuk will then be listed at Dubai Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange, Bahrain Stock Exchange, Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the interested investors to buy.
